大吨位圆形吊装带吊装脱轨火车头
2020年3月30日，湖南省郴州市永兴县，济南至广州T179次客运列车脱轨事故，需要将脱轨火车头起吊搬运到轨道外，以便抓紧时间修缮被损坏铁轨。
如图所示，见火车头损坏严重，已然不能在继续使用。将火车头与车厢分离开

使用50吨起重机与10吨柔性吊装带配合作业将被损坏火车头调离事故位置。
如图，吊装带直接接触火车头或会因火车头表面破碎玻璃以及金属表面对柔性吊装带造成伤害，故使用平衡梁与柔性吊装带制造一个组合吊索具，将环形柔性吊装带套装于火车头四角车轮轴承处。
图一可列车脱轨事故现场，几名工作人员正在将柔性吊装带组合索具向车厢四个车轮轴承拖拽安装固定，为吊装做准备。
图二火车头吊装现场。抢险救援工作雨中展开，救援人员准备起吊火车头。起重吊机与柔性吊装带组合吊具将被损坏火车头吊起。为了防止破损的火车头出现二次爆炸危险，起重吊机吊装火车头之前需要先将火车头箱体油箱拆卸确保安全。
图三中可见一名焊接技术工人正在对毁坏的铁轨进行修复焊接，火车头已经使用圆形吊装带将其搬运至破损轨道外。
幸，此次火车脱轨事故并未造成人员伤害，即便火车部分箱体位置出现变形扭曲。

3吨彩色扁平吊装带搬运大理石
如图所示，搬运大理石板材所使用的是黄色3吨彩色扁平吊装带。数据显示，此大理石板材重量不超500斤，为何要使用3吨扁平吊装带？

此吊装带使用案例现场照片看，搬运大理石板石材夹具是主要作业工具，而工业吊装带以及液压堆高车均为配套使用起重工具。
只是为了配合石材吊夹吊装板材存在辅助工具，因此不必刻意追求标准化作业。只需要满足其辅助作用即可。图中可见，双环眼3吨5米彩色吊装带在此只起到增加石材板夹与液压堆高车之间作业距离。如直接使用堆高叉车货叉贯穿石材夹具链条会存在以下两个弊端：
1、液压堆高车货叉位置需要下降，如作业位置高，阻挡作业者视线
2、如不使用吊装带链接，石材夹具链条与堆高车货叉之间接触不牢固，容易出现意外
本案例中，3吨彩色扁平吊装带只起到链接作用。
