遥控抓斗工作原理概述
当抓斗打开时,滑移座与上承梁接触而与下承梁是完全分开的。此时电磁换向阀关闭,由于油缸的活塞杆与滑移座固接,缸筒与下承梁固接,所以此时油缸活塞杆完全伸出。当要抓取货物时,起重机吊索下降,由于油缸活塞可单向导通,所以油缸活塞杆能够收缩,滑移座随之下降。当油缸活塞杆完全收缩后,滑移座也完全落下。然后起重机吊索上升,滑移座随之上升,由于油缸的电磁阀处于常关闭状态,此时,油缸有杆腔被锁住,在滑轮组的作用下,滑移座上升带动下承梁渐渐向上,同时带动颚瓣闭合,并抓取物料。
